Hesap Silme Talebi

Kullanıcılar, diledikleri zaman hesaplarının silinmesini talep edebilirler.

Hesabını silmek isteyen kullanıcılar,
info@gledkids.com.tr e-posta adresine
“Hesap Silme Talebi” başlığı ile e-posta gönderebilirler.

Alternatif olarak, daha hızlı işlem yapılabilmesi için web sitemizde yer alan iletişim bilgileri üzerinden destek ekibimizle iletişime geçilebilir.

Hesap Silinmesi Halinde Silinen Veriler

Hesap silme talebinin onaylanması ve tamamlanması sonrasında aşağıdaki veriler kalıcı olarak silinir:
• Kullanıcı hesabı bilgileri
• Ad, soyad ve e-posta adresi gibi kimlik bilgileri
• Öğrenci profili ve eğitim/ilerleme verileri
• Uygulama kullanım ve erişim kayıtları

Saklanmaya Devam Eden Veriler

KVKK ve ilgili mevzuatlar kapsamında, yasal yükümlülükler gereği saklanması zorunlu olan bazı veriler (örneğin fatura ve muhasebe kayıtları) ilgili mevzuatta öngörülen süreler boyunca saklanabilir.

Bu veriler, ilgili sürelerin sona ermesinin ardından mevzuata uygun şekilde silinir, yok edilir veya anonim hale getirilir.

İşlem Süresi

Hesap silme talepleri, talebin tarafımıza ulaşmasından itibaren en geç 30 (otuz) gün içinde tamamlanır.

Account Deletion Request

Users may request the deletion of their account at any time.

To request account deletion, users may send an email to
info@gledkids.com.tr with the subject line “Account Deletion Request.”

Alternatively, for a faster process, users may contact our support team using the contact information available on our website.

Data Deleted After Account Deletion

Once the account deletion request is approved and completed, the following data will be permanently deleted:
• User account information
• Name, email address, and login credentials
• Student profile and learning progress data
• Application usage and access records

Data Retained for Legal Obligations

Certain data may be retained for a limited period where required by applicable legal obligations (such as billing and accounting records).

Such data will be deleted, destroyed, or anonymized in accordance with applicable laws once the mandatory retention period expires.

Processing Time

Account deletion requests are processed within a maximum of 30 (thirty) days from the date the request is received.
